How to VERIFY PayTreck account ?

Verification of an PayTreck account is not necessary in order to, add or transfer funds. We believe verification increases the security of our network as we are able to verify and authenticate users. Although not necessary, verification is highly recommended.

In some cases as well when various transactions involve substantial amounts; our security center may ask some members to verify their PayTreck account in order to proceed with their transactions.

You become verified by completing the verification requirements.

Account Verification

Submit 1 valid photo ID and 1 proof of address document.

You are required to submit the clearly scanned image of a valid photo ID. Please ensure all four edges of the document are visible.

  • Passport
  • Country ID
  • State/Provincial ID

    Accepted forms of Proof of Address
  • Phone bill
  • Bank statement
  • Credit card statement
  • Utility bill

    Send a photocopy of each document with your Paytreck user ID to verify @ paytreck.com and with Subject: Verification Department.

    We only accept photocopy in image format (.jpg, .gif and .png).

    You can also send us your documents thru FAX on: +1 (801)-843-8207
    Please remember to write your email address and PayTreck ID on the fax.

    Ensure the copies are clear and the text on the documents is legible.

    You are required to submit the front and back side clearly scanned image of a valid credit card. Please ensure all four edges of the document are visible.

    Send a photocopy of credit card with your PayTreck user ID to verify @ paytreck.com and with Subject: Verification Department.
